Gingerbreads

2003
A large gingerbread house with gelatin plates as windows.
|

We put a lamp in it and it
was so beautiful. The children made the small houses and the rockets.

Advent Calendars with
small packages...
Never start with this if you have more children than one! It takes ages
to wrap 48 small packets and then tie a string on each so they can be
attached to the
rings. Yes, they did actually get a package each every day in
December until Christmas eve when they where younger.
|

This calendar I made from a picture I saw
in a craft supply catalogue.
Everything didn't turn out exactly as in the catalogue but I think my
calendar looks much better. I made some very small cross stitches
designs on microscopically small aida. See the picture below and to the
right.

I made this calendar from a material kit
bought
from Panduro.
|

Christmas gift bag sewn in
red plush and lined in dark blue
cotton fabric.
|
Other things
|

A tired Santa I made a number of years ago.
The head and hands are made of plastic clay which I formed and hardened
and then painted.
|

Three
sweet rice angels.
|

These mice I sewed from a material kit I
bought from Panduro.
|

If you fold small pieces of cloth and then
needle them onto a styrofoam star it can look this nice.
